One country counter

Target: bring 20 delegations together in one Africa Pavilion, with visible national branding and a shared central space.

4–5 flagship businesses

Priority for country delegations bringing together 4 or 5 maritime and port businesses: ports, shipyards, equipment, logistics, services and innovation. Target: 80–100 businesses.

Shared coordination

A national focal point, a business shortlist and shared objectives. An institution, trade association or business may coordinate the delegation with Blue Ocean.

Planning budget before grants and sponsorship

Estimates in euros for 2027 budget planning, not a quotation. Assumption per country: 24–36 m², 4–5 businesses and a contribution to shared spaces and activities. Floor space and allocation remain to be confirmed.

Shared country counter

18 000–31 000 €

Per country, excluding travel and taxes. Planning allowance for the stand, exhibitor fees, visibility, coordination and meeting preparation.

Business share

3 600–7 800 €

If the counter budget is shared equally among 4 or 5 businesses. The delegation may also fund or subsidise the contribution.

Travel and accommodation

1 800–3 500 €

Per person, Blue Ocean estimate for a return flight, 7 nights, meals and local transport. Departure country, visa requirements and accommodation choices affect this budget.

How the planning budget is calculated

Public Europort rates checked on 6 October 2026: BASIC equipped stand at €420/m² or PREMIUM at €480/m²; marketing and services package at €485 per participating Pavilion business. These are calculation references, not a negotiated Pavilion quotation.

Examples: 24 m² × €420 + 4 × €485 = €12,020; 36 m² × €480 + 5 × €485 = €19,705. Add a Blue Ocean planning allowance of €4,000–€8,000 per country for coordination, visibility, B2B preparation and shared spaces, then a 10% reserve: about €17,622–€30,476, rounded to €18,000–€31,000. These allowances are planning assumptions to be costed once the programme is defined.

For 10 people: approximately €36,000–€66,000 for a country counter and delegation travel/accommodation. Applicable VAT or taxes, freight and customs, heavy equipment, specific insurance, VIP logistics, training and an extended mission require separate budgeting. No deposit or payment schedule is set at this stage.
